Hey @everyone I received the following statement from the marketing team, after passing on all of your comments regarding initiatives :) "We've been seeing the messages around marketing and taking on board all of the feedback, thank you to everyone! Until recently, we have only had a handful of people managing all marketing channels across 16 countries, and even with the best efforts in the world, there has only been so much ground we can cover. We received a directive and budget to expand from Russell when he took the CEO role. Unfortunately, there isn't a 'more marketing' button we can press (maybe ChatGPT can do that in a few years!). It requires more resources, processes & controls to do it right. Because of this, a lot of our time in the last 2 weeks has been spent bringing on people & companies who can help us do this properly. We'll be ramping up materially ASAP & everyone will see the step change. We need to increase our run rate a fair bit in the coming few weeks to push through 3-4 more stages. The final stage (the biggest one) will absolutely fly out as the FOMO goes into overdrive, and the volume of marketing at that point will be something to behold. We are very confident in our ability to drive this presale through to completion!"
