*OFFICIAL STATEMENT** Thank you to the community members who have supported some of the effected metacaders tonight. Some of you already know this Metacader but I have spent most of the evening working with CryptoChallenger alongside our internal team to secure the Discord server and draw some early conclusions. Based on the data/logs we have, the more likely scenario that allowed a scam to post in our Discord group was down to a bot account being compromised through a forced attack and sophisticated Malware. The bot account had the permission to post messages so once compromised the scammers posted their link into the group. This has happened to other projects but of course this does not help us in this current moment. Our Discord Server as of now is back in our full control, the bot account has been removed and the other users are secure. TO BE 100% CLEAR 1. We have never offered or discussed in groups an Airdrop opportunity so unless I explictly discuss it with you on a AMA or in group at length, it is a SCAM and you should not engage. 2. Our website, wallets, smart contracts and telegram remain completely unaffected by this. NEXT STEPS I have retained CryptoChallenger to overseee the security optimisation of Discord with our team. We have been talking for a while and have exciting plans ahead. Thank you CC for your diligence and actions tonight. Once we are both happy that security is at its best then Discord will be reopened. We will let you all know when we are ready. EFFECTED METACADERS On Monday we will set up a form that will allow you to submit the relevant details for us to review the level of the situation and then discuss with the community options relating to supporting some or all of the losses. We are doing this because the scam occured within our server which I take very seriously so I will of course take responsibility as CEO. It would appear it has only effected a handful of people so a quick resolution is likely. CONCLUSION Discord security upgrade started Duty of care for effected Metacaders Further education required to protect from further scams. Goodnight everyone, these challenges make us stronger.
